BOND//SHIFT is a game for everyone. It is designed to work without an account, advertising or user tracking.

Scope

This policy applies to BOND//SHIFT, a puzzle game published by Fabrice Montfort for compatible Apple devices. It explains what information the app handles and what it does not do.

Information handled by the app

The app does not ask for your name, postal address, telephone number or account credentials. It does not collect advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files. There is no advertising SDK, analytics service or profiling in BOND//SHIFT.

Game progress, settings and the local Premium entitlement are stored on your device so the game can function. They are not uploaded to a BOND//SHIFT server and are not shared with third parties by the app.

Apple services and purchases

If you purchase Premium or use an Apple platform feature, Apple processes the transaction and the information required for that service under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. BOND//SHIFT does not receive your payment details and does not sell, rent or share personal information.

Permissions and connectivity

The game does not require an internet connection for its core play. It requests no sensitive device permission. Your network provider may still process connection data when your device connects to the internet.

Children and age

BOND//SHIFT is suitable for a general audience and has no age restriction. Because the app does not collect personal information or require an account, it does not knowingly collect information from children.

Contact requests

The contact form opens your own mail application. The website does not store submitted messages. If you email us, we use the information in your message only to answer you and keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for that exchange.

Retention and deletion

Local progress can be removed by resetting the profile in the app or uninstalling it. To ask a privacy question, use the contact page.

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply.
