These terms govern your use of BOND//SHIFT, a puzzle game published by Fabrice Montfort for compatible Apple devices.

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or playing BOND//SHIFT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that apply to your device and account.

Licence and permitted use

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, extract source code or create derivative versions except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Intellectual property

The game, its levels, rules, text, graphics, audio, name and visual identity are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted remain with Fabrice Montfort or the relevant rights holder.

Premium purchase

Chapters 01 and 02 are free. Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the complete archive on supported Apple devices. Payment, refunds, Family Sharing and restoration are handled by Apple. BOND//SHIFT does not receive or store your payment details.

Local progress and services

Core gameplay is available offline. Progress and settings are kept locally on your device. If you reset the profile, delete app data or uninstall the app, local progress may be lost; your Apple purchase entitlement remains associated with your Apple account.

Availability and updates

We work to keep the app accurate and compatible, but operating systems, devices and platform services evolve. Features, levels or compatibility may change. You agree to install updates offered through the App Store when you wish to continue using the latest version.

Responsible use

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to circumvent purchase controls, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for interruptions caused by your device, network, operating-system changes or Apple services, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue support for a version when necessary. If the licence ends, stop using the app and delete it. The sections concerning intellectual property, purchases, disclaimers and applicable rights continue as required by law.
